2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 Booking & Payment
• A valid ID/passport number is required for booking. You must complete the booking process via the official platform or authorized agents.
• A 30% deposit of the total tour fee is required to confirm the reservation; the remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
• The tour operator reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice if the full payment is not received by the deadline, with the deposit forfeited.
2.2 Tour Adjustments
• The published itinerary is for reference only. The tour operator may adjust the route, visiting order, or duration of stops due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather (e.g., heavy rain, typhoons), traffic congestion, road closures, or temporary venue restrictions.
• If adjustments significantly reduce the tour value (e.g., cancellation of a key landmark visit), you may choose to reschedule the tour for free or receive a full refund.
2.3 Participant Responsibilities
• Punctuality: You must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time (09:00). Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be provided.
• Safety Compliance: You must wear the provided safety helmet during the electric scooter ride and follow the guide’s instructions on traffic rules. Unauthorized speeding, detouring, or separating from the group is strictly prohibited.
• Health Declaration: This tour involves moderate physical activity (e.g., short walks at landmarks). You must be in good health and free from severe conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension, mobility impairments) that may risk your safety. If you have pre-existing medical issues, you must declare them at the time of booking.
• Personal Belongings: The tour operator is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables (e.g., phones, cameras) secure during the tour.
2.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the official customer service channel. Refund eligibility is determined by the time of cancellation relative to the tour date:• 72 hours or more before the tour: Full refund (including deposit).
• 24–71 hours before the tour: 50% refund of the total fee.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.

• “No-shows” (failure to attend without prior notice) will not be eligible for any refund.
2.5 Liability Limitation
• The tour operator shall not be liable for indirect losses incurred during the tour, such as missed flights/trains, additional accommodation costs, or loss of personal income.
• For direct losses caused by the tour operator’s negligence (e.g., scooter malfunctions leading to minor injuries), liability shall be limited to the total tour fee paid.
2.6 Miscellaneous
• Children aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (aged 18+) to participate. Children under 16 are not allowed to join this tour (due to electric scooter safety requirements).
• Smoking is prohibited during the tour, especially in public areas, historical sites, and on the electric scooter.
