Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets & Entry
• Tickets are valid only for the stated period, non-transferable, and non-refundable (except in cases of force majeure such as extreme weather or official closure).
• Valid identification (passport, student ID, etc.) must be presented for entry and to claim discounted tickets.
• Entry hours: 08:30~17:00. Late entry is not permitted, and overstaying beyond closing time is prohibited.

2. Activities & Services
• Cable Car/Shuttle Bus: Queue in an orderly manner for boarding. Children, seniors, and visitors with disabilities must be accompanied by a capable adult. Services operate during the scenic area’s opening hours and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.
• Hiking: Only use designated trails (e.g., cliffside plank roads). Entry to restricted areas and climbing over railings are strictly forbidden. Some sections of the trails may be wet and slippery, so please exercise caution.

3. Safety & Liability
• Visitors are responsible for their own personal safety and the security of their belongings. The scenic area shall not be liable for injuries or property loss caused by negligence or violation of these terms.
• Visitors with health conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension), children under 14, and seniors over 60 must assess their physical fitness before participating in strenuous activities such as long-distance hiking.

4. Conduct & Environmental Protection
• Damaging the natural environment (e.g., picking flowers, hunting) or littering is prohibited. Smoking, using drones, and bringing dangerous items (e.g., flammable materials, knives) into the scenic area are strictly forbidden.
• Maintain public order; no loud noise or disruptive behavior is allowed. Follow the instructions of scenic area staff at all times.

5. Changes & Force Majeure
• The scenic area may adjust opening hours, prices, or suspend services (e.g., cable car maintenance) for reasons related to maintenance or safety. Advance notice will be provided where possible.
• No refunds or compensation will be given for service disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, heavy rains, government orders).

6. Miscellaneous
• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in the location of the scenic area.
• The scenic area reserves the right to revise these terms. Updated versions will be posted on-site at the scenic area or via official channels.
