Important Notes
• Ticketing Rules: Scenic area tickets are sold under a real-name system. If the number of tickets booked does not match the number of cable car (ascent/descent) or sightseeing bus tickets booked, please place separate orders; otherwise, the order may fail.
• Entry Rules: Tickets will be verified together when boarding the sightseeing bus. If entry issues occur, please immediately contact on-site staff at the scenic area entrance gate. We cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from failure to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
• Regarding Invoices: Search for the official WeChat account "Emeishan Shitu Tourism Network," click "Online Booking → Ticket Pre-sale" in the navigation bar, enter the official Mount Emei tourism mini-program, go to "My Account → Invoice Application," enter the required information to check and issue an electronic invoice. Note: Invoices can only be queried and issued 3 days after the purchased ticket has been verified.
• Refund Rules: Tickets (admission, cable car, sightseeing bus) are non-refundable once used. If a free-eligible visitor mistakenly purchases a ticket, please contact on-site staff at the scenic area for assistance. Online tickets cannot be canceled. The number of tickets booked online is considered the number used. If the number used does not match the number purchased, no refunds or changes will be made for the tickets already used.
• Safety Guidelines: Mount Emei scenic area is home to wild monkeys. Do not provoke or play with them. It is recommended to purchase personal safety insurance and protect your personal and property safety.
• Special Entry: If unable to provide a valid ID, please visit the scenic area’s comprehensive service window for entry assistance.
• Ticket Replacement: If a ticket needs to be replaced due to loss or demagnetization of an ID card, or if the QR code is damaged or lost and cannot be verified for entry, please go to the service window with valid identification or ticket information to have a new QR code printed.
• Mount Emei Ticket Inspection Points (Emeishan High-Speed Rail Station, Huangwan Entrance, Baoguo Temple Station, Wannian Temple Station at Mid-Mountain, Wuxiangang Station, Linggongli Entrance):
• (1) Wuxiangang Station: Take the sightseeing bus to Qingyin Pavilion, Yixiantian, and the Ecological Monkey Area.
• (2) Wannian Station: Take the sightseeing bus to Wannian Temple and Bailong Cave.
• (3) Linggongli: Take the sightseeing bus to Leidongping, then walk approximately half an hour to transfer to the cable car to the Golden Summit.
• Visitors who do not plan to hike should purchase sightseeing bus tickets simultaneously with scenic area admission tickets to avoid being unable to take the bus up the mountain.
