3. Please confirm the boarding time and location in advance. If you miss the cruise due to personal reasons, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Sailing trips may be subject to changes or adjustments due to severe weather, route closures, or other force majeure events. If the originally scheduled vessel cannot sail due to force majeure, the vessel will be rescheduled or the trip will be cancelled. If you have already boarded the vessel on the day of the trip but the sailing is cancelled, a partial refund will be issued. Meals already eaten will not be refunded. (Please be aware that losses incurred beyond what is stipulated in the order due to the above force majeure events are not eligible for after-sales compensation!)
5. There is a minimum spending requirement for the private banquet halls on the top floor of the cruise ship (Crystal Hall/Shanghai Hall). Please consult customer service for the menu details.
6. If the original ship type is fully booked, the system will automatically adjust to a ship of the same class or upgrade the ship type.
