Safety first: Please follow the captain and crew's instructions at all times, strictly adhere to onboard safety regulations, and refrain from acting independently.
Minor supervision: Parents are the primary guardians and must supervise their children at all times. Children are not allowed to play alone on the deck or in hazardous areas.
Health Notice: Individuals with conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, pregnancy, or a history of severe seasickness that make them unsuitable for sea activities are strictly prohibited from participating.
Emergency Handling: In case of an emergency, remain calm and immediately contact the captain or staff for assistance.
2. Basic Information and Important Notes
Boarding Information: Please note the specific boarding location, date, and departure time slot, and arrive at the designated pier 10 minutes in advance to avoid delaying the voyage. Late arrival due to personal reasons resulting in inability to board will be considered as voluntary abandonment, and fees will not be refunded.
Dress Code: Wearing slippers, going barefoot, or wearing high heels is strictly prohibited when boarding the ship. It is recommended to wear non-slip flat shoes or white-soled sports shoes. Depending on the weather, you may bring your own sun-protective clothing.
Onboard Conduct: Strictly follow the captain's instructions. Do not operate equipment without authorization, climb the ship's railings, or extend hands or feet outside the vessel. Please remain seated and hold on securely during navigation.
Child Supervision: Parents must supervise their children at all times, ensuring they do not play on the deck alone or touch any ship equipment.
Item Storage: Please take waterproof measures and properly store your electronic devices and valuables. The supplier is not responsible for any loss, water damage, or damage caused by improper personal storage.
Motion sickness prevention: It is recommended to take motion sickness medication about half an hour in advance based on your personal condition, and ensure you are neither fasting nor overly full, and avoid alcohol.
ID Requirement: Real-name verification is required for boarding. Please bring your original ID card for redemption at the pier.
3. Change and Cancellation Policy
Special experiences, safety first: Marine activities such as yacht outings have strict weather requirements. If the trip is canceled or interrupted due to force majeure such as adverse weather (e.g., strong winds, thunderstorms, low visibility) or restrictions imposed by military/air traffic/maritime authorities, we will provide you with a free rescheduling or full refund. This is not the responsibility of the supplier or our platform, and we appreciate your understanding.
Special Note: If the itinerary has already commenced and is interrupted due to weather conditions, we will process a refund based on the proportion of services actually rendered.
Personal reasons: No refunds or changes will be granted for cancellations due to personal reasons (such as being late or last-minute cancellations). We appreciate your understanding.

2. Experience Location: Shanghai Pudong New Area Ke Lahaber Yacht Club/Shunchi Yacht Club/Dongchang Road Pier (subject to final arrangement)
3. Experience Process: After placing your booking, our customer support will contact you via WeChat to provide the specific location and reception phone number. (The post-booking travel reminder includes customer support contact info, and you may also proactively add them.)
4. Special Note: If the experience cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, restrictions, or attraction-related issues on the day, a free refund or rescheduling is available without additional compensation.
5. Language Note: Foreign friends can experience the service as long as they have translation assistance or understand Chinese. On-site staff or service personnel can accommodate multilingual and multinational customers, but translation devices may be required—not all interactions will be verbal. By placing a booking, you acknowledge this in advance.
